I shot the photos of the goats and horses on Thursday. They were located in fields close to the Main river.
I believe the goats are Angora. Their eyes look like they were ready for a nap
The horses came up to the fence expecting a treat, but I had nothing to offer. I guess that’s why one of them stuck his tongue at me.

The goats are wonderful, so majestic. Something happened to the last shot of the horse. I can’t get it to finish loading.
CD, I think I have it fixed now.
Huh? What happened to the post I thought I made here last night??? In any event, I was admiring those carefully groomed braids of the horses’ manes. A tradition? And now a question for you, Steve — I caught some news online regarding a Hurricane Emma sweeping across MittelEuropa — I had never, never heard of such a phenomenon as 1) a European hurricane or 2) a hurricane so far inland. Sign me Very Curious.
Hi, GJ. You did make a comment, but it was on the previous post by mistake. Not a problem. This is the second or third time, that I recall, when the winds reached these levels. I’ve been watching the trees in the area trying their best to break. Had a few in the more forested areas tumble down. The local fire department has been kept busy cutting and clearing roads. It has calmed this evening.
