Red Squirrel

On 25 August,  I posted a seven part series of photos I took of the red squirrel roaming through the hazel nut tree.  The nuts are long gone, but a few days ago I hung a small net filled with more.  The squirrel found them today.  When he saw me filming with my digital camera, he tried to scare me off.  Just before it got dark he had emptied the net.

Halloween in Germany

Halloween in Germany hasn’t reached the commercial level that you find in America, but it’s moving in that direction.

Fall Berries

I went for a walk on this cold fall day.  There are lots of different berries along side the road. I don’t believe they are edible or they would have been picked by the folks that live in the area.
